The Dependent Care FSA (Flexible Spending Account) is often one of the most overlooked workplace benefits that employees can utilize to pay for childcare and dependent care. Similar to it’s cousin, the Healthcare FSA, Dependent Care FSA’s allow for pre-tax dollars to be used towards paying for care expenses of dependents.
